Issue Sick Leave

Sick leave certificate may be closed either through a personal consultation with the attending physician or, alternatively, by submitting the appropriate form electronically via our official website.

Test Resuts

You can easily obtain your result of tests either in-person by scheduling an appointment and visiting the relevant doctor or by requesting a digital copy of it through an official submission on our website.

Close Sick Leave

A sick leave certificate may be issued following a medical evaluation conducted either during an in-person consultation with the appropriate physician or, when suitable, via our telemedicine service.

E-Prescription

You may request a new prescription or a refill by submitting an official request via our website. If you are a member of our clinic, this service is provided free of charge. Otherwise, the applicable fee to be paid to ensure efficient processing.
